SPOT EXAM PATTERN

It is very important to know the exam pattern before appearing for the actual exam. Learning the exam pattern helps students in concentrating more on the subject.



WHAT TYPE OF QUESTIONS ARE ASKED IN SPOT

The pattern for the exam will remain the same for all the subjects. Overall Question Paper Patterns include problem-based figures, series completion, odd one out, coding-decoding, mirror images, embedded figures, symmetry, and alphabetical test questions.

The complexity of the question paper varies according to the class. For each class, questions are prepared by understanding their knowledge, ability, and reasoning capacity. The syllabus of the SPOT Exam is referred from the prescribed and updated syllabus of school boards like CBSE, ICSE, State Board and International Board.



FORMAT OF SPOT EXAM

The SPOT Exam questions are divided into three sections - Section 1 - Subjective, Section 2 - Logical Reasoning, Section 3 - High Order Thinking Section (HOTs). This format remains the same for Science, Maths, English, General Knowledge, Computer and Social Studies exam for Class V to class X.



HOW MANY QUESTIONS ARE THERE IN SPOT

There are different numbers of questions for Class V to X. For Class V to X there are 50 questions overall carrying 1 Mark each question. These 50 questions will include 35 Subjective Questions, 10 Logical Reasoning Questions and 5 High Order Thinking Questions.
